Spokes

The Rome Technopole Foundation, which positions itself as a HUB – the center of the ecosystem, has the following thematic organization:

• acts within 3 areas of strategic specialization: Energy Transition; Digital Transition; Health and Bio-Pharma
• over which the 6 thematic-functional spokes with university leadership are developed transversally (each public university in Lazio is assigned leadership within a specific research area)
• includes 8 innovation projects (so-called “Flagship Projects – FP”) with industrial leadership.

The Rome Technopole Foundation acts as the project hub, gathering all activities related to project management and communication, including overall coordination of the Hub and Spokes, project management and reporting, and communication of the project’s overall goals, activities and results.
