FAMELAB is an international competition for scientists, young researchers and PhD students, born after 1 January 1989, who work in the scientific field in both public institutions and private organisations and who want to tell a little bit about the science they deal with every day in a quick, light and effective way.
The selection is coordinated by the Istituto di Farmacologia Traslazionale of Consiglio Nazionale delle Ricerche (CNR-IFT) in collaboration with Fondazione Roma Technopole, Università Roma La Sapienza, Università Roma Tre and Università della Tuscia.
Candidates will have three minutes to impress the judges with fascinating and engaging presentations that can be understood by the audience. Small materials that do not require set-up time are allowed. No slide presentations or images of any kind are allowed.
The requirements for participation are listed in this link: https://famelab-italy.it/come-partecipare/

For those wishing to enter the competition, a meeting with communication experts and the organisers will be organised on 22 March at the University of Rome La Sapienza to allow candidates the best possible preparation of their presentations.
Registration is deliberately open until the last minute, our wish is to have the widest possible participation. But we would be grateful if you would register by 21 March to give us the chance to organise the competition as best we can!
